EDUCATOR, AUTHOR, SPEAKER

With more than 25 years of experience in all levels of education including elementary, middle school, high school, community college, and university, she knows what is required to have a successful school. Her experiences as a Principal, Director of Instructional Services for eleven school districts, Executive Director of Career and Technology Education for a technology center and eleven school districts in Michigan and an urban school district with 76,000 students and 94 campuses in Texas, Human Resource Director, instructor, and counselor give her a unique perspective on the importance of staff morale, retention, and recruitment, and creating a positive climate in which to excel.
As an irresistibly upbeat, polished, and professional speaker, Diane has delivered keynote presentations, half and full-day pre-conference trainings, workshop sessions, all-staff opening day speeches, and in-service day presentations.
